Radio Frequency waves with a frequency between 3 and 50 Mhz cause oscillation of the molecules in the product, which results in increasing the temperature of the product. The homogenous waves, which will penetrate the product to a depth of 5 to 7 cm, will heat the product from the inside out.
The speed of heating is 10 to 15 °C per second, which is very fast compared to other heating techniques.
